Shop Policies


Bejewelled by Tracey will make every effort to send orders out within 2-5 working days. However, please allow 5-10 working days for larger orders and hair piece orders. If an order is required urgently we try to assist you as much as possible – please call Tracey on 0402 852 834 before placing your urgent order.

Within Australia, Bejewelled by Tracey posts orders under $100 by express post - these will be received the next day. All orders over $100 will be sent by registered post which will need to be signed for – delivery is usually 3-5 working days. Should you need your items sooner please contact us on 0402 852 834 and we will make arrangements for next day delivery.

International order will be sent by Registered Platinum Post which will arrive in 3-7 business days and will need to be signed for.

Bejewelled by Tracey is able to deliver to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States of America.

Customer Service Policy

Upon receiving your order, Bejewelled by Tracey will make contact with you within 24 hours in case of out of stock or delays in delivery. We will provide you with an estimate date of delivery.


Returns may be made on any purchase of standard stock (excluding hair pieces BH-300. BH-310, BH-310B, BH-320) providing items are returned within the same week they have been received. Special orders or variations of standard stock cannot be returned.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return items (excluding special orders) in their original condition within 1 week of receiving your order for a refund or an exchange.

How To Prepare a Return

To return a Bejewelled by Tracey product, contact us at [email protected] or 0402 852 834 to let us know that you intend to return the item. All products need to be unused, complete with original packaging. All returns will be direct debited so we will need your account details to direct debit your account.

Neither original nor return postage will be refunded to the customer unless the reason for return is due to faulty goods or a mistake by the company.

Bejewelled by Tracey will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We recommend that you used registered post or courier.


We accept the following payment methods through our shop.
  • Direct Deposit
    Select "Direct Debit" as the payment method and submit your order, then Bejewelled By Tracey's bank details will be displayed on the next screen. Make your direct deposit into this account and email [email protected] and Tracey will confirm receipt of the payment.

  • Paypal or Credit Card
    The secure Paypal payment gateway allows you to either pay using your own Paypal account, or pay by credit card if you don't have a Paypal account. To pay by Credit Card choose this method of payment and select "Don't have a paypal account" on the Paypal payment page.
